Learn the art of Random Weaving using natural and recycled materials.
During this workshop you will learn how to use palm inflorescence with recycled materials to make fibre sculpture in an absorbing organic process. Learn about collecting, preparing and storing natural weaving materials. Discover new uses for recycled materials and reduce your environmental footprint. Then immerse yourself in a free-form weaving technique within a relaxed communal environment.
Warning: Weaving has been known to be addictive.
Weaving Materials & Afternoon Tea are provided.

EQUIPMENT LIST
- Notepad and pen
- Heavy duty, sharp scissors
- Hand held spray bottle
- 2 old towels
- Any recycled materials you would like to try to use that can be cut into strips or can be easily woven, eg, plastic bags, fabric strips, packaging, ribbon, wire, rope
