The Quiet Paper Clay Revolution

Interstate Artist Graham Hay will deliver a hands on, fun, information packed paper clay workshop for both the novice and experienced. Short demonstrations and then hands on practice may include modifying/making your own paper clay, mastering wet on dry, dry to dry joining, metal and ceramic reinforcements, speed and turbo casting, single glaze firing and the emerging non-fired trend, hygiene in the studio and classroom, shortcuts and studio setup, the emerging aesthetics and why paper clay is now third of all clay used in WA studios and classrooms.
All materials are supplied.
Please bring any personal clay tools if you have them and lunch.
Wear older clothes and closed in shoes.
