Alia Di Paolo’s passion for art began at a young age and was cemented in her tertiary studies, completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at COFA (UNSW). Her interests lie in the measureless options of painting and drawing, in particular the sculpturality that these afford. Her paintings and drawings attempt to challenge conventional dimensionality through abstract forms.
Alia has also completed a Bachelor of Secondary Education at UTS, and is a qualified art teacher. Sharing her passion with students in a variety of settings and across an array of art forms. Alia has experience teaching practical and theoretical skills to primary and high school students. Currently Alia is teaching part-time in a high school and art gallery setting, and expanding her tertiary education studying a Masters in Curating and Cultural Leadership at UNSW Art and Design.
